We take time to learn about your business and plan each aspect of an event to fit. Event Management is our expertise.
The Services we offer free of charge
Venue Finding - We help with venue finding for any of your meetings/ bedrooms and conferences no matter how large or small at NO COST to you. Our advanced knowledge and strong relationship with the hospitality and hotel industry will ensure the best care and attention is given to each event.
Incentive Travel Outbound - An additional cost will apply. We can organise flights, accommodation, transfers, restaurants and sightseeing. We will ensure your clients have a memorable incentive programme. Read more about Incentive Travel Outbound
Accommodation - We source and book any accommodation you require i.e. one night only or whatever you need - no booking is too small. There is NO COST to you for this service.
Preferred Corporate Rates - We negotiate preferred corporate rates for every aspect of conference booking, including hotels, car hire, guest speakers, entertainment or an overnight stay.
Leisure Rates - We have a negotiated leisure rate from €50 per person sharing B&B with a vast amount of our preferred hotels nationwide. Click here for more info.
Christmas Parties + Sports & Social Events - Let us source and arrange your venue and save you time to reach your day to day deadlines.
Product Launches & Golf Events - Let us know what you want to launch, and we will put together an appropriate plan – we’ll take into account whether it is a tangible or intangible product and tailor the event to suit your requirements.
Team Building Events - We can suggest activities such as cross country driving or team building games specific to your company requirements, whether you want to motivate or reward.
Theming of Rooms - We use creativity and have an exceptional relationship with our third party suppliers to add the “Wow” factor to your event. Whether it’s a Live Casino or a Medieval Ball you’ll feel the thrill of the event.
Event Management - An additional cost will apply for conference/seminar booking and co-ordination right through from the initial proposal, registration, planning, preparation and cost schedules. We will be on site throughout your entire event to ensure it will be a successful one.

Corporate Events
- Corporate Golf days: From tee-off to the 19th hole, your guests will have an enjoyable care-free day whether they win or not.
- Christmas Parties, Sports and Social weekends and Active Retirement
- Packages: whether you’re 19 or 90, we know what makes it into an event to remember.
- Gala dinners can be tedious if you go to many of them - but not when we organise it! We create anticipation from the invitation to arrival at the venue and right through to the end of the event.
