In the hotel’s Angsana Spa, each of the therapists has been trained by the acclaimed Banyan Tree Spa Academy. Every member of staff is trained in The Brehon Way – a bespoke service excellence programme. Head Chef Chad Byrne and his team grow their own herb garden, work in tandem with some of Ireland’s best food producers and collaborate with their industry peers.
