Michelle founded Hotel Solutions DMC in 2002, with over 35 years of experience in the Hospitality sector she is renowned for her high standards of customer service, positive attitude, personable demeanour, extensive contacts, and industry knowledge. She leads a superb team of creative & innovative people who strive to deliver the best event experiences at all times.

Director of Sales & Marketing

Stuart’s decision to join the family business was a natural progression as he has grown up within the hospitality sector. Working in the business for over 10 years, he has excelled at every project he has been given and has helped grow the business significantly in this short period after completing an MSc in Strategy and Innovation from the National University of Ireland Maynooth. A SITE member since 2015 joining as a SITE Young Leader. Now serving as Director of Finance for the SITE Ireland Chapter, and he is actively involved in promoting SITE within the industry.

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector. Jeff looks after the accounts side of the business as well as working in a project management capacity on large events. He has a great relationship with both suppliers and clients alike and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to all the projects in which he is involved. He is extremely committed to developing business relationships and is well-regarded for his expertise within the industry.

Karen has been part of the Hotel Solutions DMC team since 2017. She brings a breath of fresh air and enthusiasm to the office and is the ultimate team player. She goes to the end of the earth for her colleagues and clients on any project she works on. She has gained huge respect from both suppliers and clients alike and is renowned for her fun personality.

Event Management Specialist

Marily joined the team in September 2022 and has a wealth of experience gained over the years working for a DMC in Greece and also for a period in the UK. She brings additional language skills to Hotel Solutions DMC which has proven to be invaluable as a number of our clients look to reengage in markets throughout Europe. Marily has also brought her graphic design experience too which is also proving to be beneficial when creating programmes for events.

Léonie is our newest recruit, having joined the Hotel Solutions team in January 2024. Leonie has a wealth of experience within the Hotel Industry and has worked with Jurys Doyle Hotel Group, Great Southern Hotels & Dalata Hotel Group, along with other independent Hotels. Leonie has a wonderful personality and has a passion for the Meeting & Events industry, along with strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. With over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality sector you are in safe hands

Head of Security

Rizo is our recently installed head of security. Short in stature but fiercely protective of all things Hotel Solutions DMC he hears car doors closing outside in the car park and is immediately alert for the intercom to ring. All visitors receive a barking welcome and a cautious sniff test before being given the all-clear. Nothing evades his scrutiny so we are happy in the knowledge that no one will sneak past him and surprise us.

Chief Barketing Officer

Bella is responsible for boosting morale and office security at Hotel Solutions. She is the coolest four-legged employee in town and shows up to work each day with a smile. Her responsibilities are to encourage participation among the staff by picking up the toys they throw and then letting them run after her to try to get them back. “During the week, I try to help each employee feel I appreciate and love them. I rotate the order of whose desk I snooze under. I also rotate whom I get to take me out for a walk each day. I know who has great lunches and likes to give me treats, thereby making sure they don’t overeat”.
